ROLES

Particle effect for 3 different tpye of weapon, VFX of the enemy's spawning and wounded.

Screen effect and post processing effect including blood effect and inpact effect.

A Environmental material system which supports different type of textures display.
Responsibilities
-
Work with geometry provided from another source (such as the background, character team, or outsource), but also have the proficiency to create or correct it as needed.

Using procedual tool such as Houdini to create realistic paticle effect and import then into Unreal engine.

Using Substance Painter and Photoshop create the primary texture for VFX shader.

Using Unreal Engine Material Editor and Cassidy Particle System create VFX Shader and particles.

Terrain Tools

One of the scenes in our game is a series of canyons. My terrain tools support a variety of materials to represent the varied rock formations. And my terrain tool supports displaying ground in one material.

Liquid Simulation

The liquid simulation was designed for the flame thrower in the game. The main function is to show the residual fuel.
Flame Thrower

The Flame Thrower's VFX is made up of five emitters. The Fire Sprite is made by Houdini.
